Perfekt Ten understands the vital role that coaches play in the success of young shooters. Our “Coach Capacity Building Program” offers multi-level ‘Residential Capacity Building training’ for coaches of the competitive shooting sport. We aim to offer ‘Organisational, Business Development, and Technical capacity-building training, on a range of topics to obtain, improve, and retain the skills, knowledge, tools, and other resources needed by the Coaches to expand their business leading to the growth of their academy.
We intend to extend sponsorship support to our athletes to provide a level playing field for all the athletes. We aim to partner with the Corporates and Government to provide a platform to young athletes. The partnership aims to link Indian athletes from across the country and provide them with guidance and support to get access to sports sponsorships offered by CSRs of credible organizations. This partnership will have a special focus on athletes from marginalised sections of our society to enable them to achieve their dreams. We believe that through these sponsorships, many more of our young athletes will start winning global championships.
