As a head of Sales and Marketing he makes sure that the Perfekt 10 brand is well presented and reaches shooters across the globe.

Kanchan Gaikar serves as a Sale coordinator helping the organisation with client relations.

She is majorly responsible for consultation of the clients that require shooting equipment and ensure the overall quality of the sports gear. She has an extensive background in sales and customer relations and handling.

As a sale coordinator she is responsible to act as a mediator between the marketing and operations team, providing valuable client feedback assuring development and quality of the products

Sudhir Bhosale is a dynamic individuals and leads Perfekt 10, his experience in the Sports Gear industry helps with taking well informed decisions, so does his vast network in the Industry.

He has a thorough understanding and experience in the inventory management and maintenance. And has experience in end to end shipment management systems, along with a keen eye to detail.

As an Operations head he has a good understanding of the needs of the organisation are fulfilled to ensure smooth operations.
